Principal / Project Manager

Tim has 17 years of natural resource consulting experience working on a large variety of projects ranging from large hard-rock mines in AK, coal mines in WY, pipelines in IL and TX, to many energy, transportation, water resources, and development projects throughout in Colorado.

Senior Ecologist, CERP, PWS

Specializes in revegetation planning and oversight, revegetation assessments, quantitative and qualitative vegetation studies, wetland delineation, wetland functional assessments, stream assessments (CSQT), botanical and ecological surveys, GIS and spatial data analysis.


KristiLee Halpin

Project Manager / Ecologist, MS, PWS

Specializes in wetland mapping and delineations, wetland functional condition assessments using the FACWet method, habitat mapping and assessments, T&E surveys, preparation of technical reports (delineations, biological resource reports, nationwide permit applications, individual permit applications, mitigation reports), mitigation/revegetation design, construction oversight of habitat restoration/creation, and monitoring of mitigation sites.


Kelly Anolin

Bookkeeper / Accounting Administrator

Highly experienced bookkeeper, with years of experience in the professional service sector. Has managed accounts for a large variety of small businesses.


Rachel Puttmann

 Biologist / Project Manager

Interdisciplinary experience in environmental sciences and ecology throughout the US with emphasis in the mountain west/southwest. Experience includes designing, preparing, and conducting ecological surveys and assessments; environmental permitting; natural resources (stream, wetland, upland) design/restoration/monitoring; impact analyses; and site inspection and remedial investigation. Ardent believer in leaving the land better than you found it.


Madeline (Maddie) Shields

Biologist / GIS Specialist

Highly technical biologist, with over 10 years experience on solar and energy transmission projects. A botanist by trade and training, now focuses on wetland delineations and permitting, eagle and other migratory bird surveys. Strong GIS skills, Maddie runs our most complex mobile data form projects.
